I want to install netflix on my tv

Hey, if you have SmartTV you will need to first connect it to your wifi. Once you have internet connection working on the TV then go to the TV app store and get NetFlix from there. If the TV is not SmartTV then i you wont be able to install NetFlix.
I hope this helps.

Why do Netflix movies keep stopping?

It could possibly be a slow internet connection speed. Netflix posted requirements. This is a good site to check your speed. http://www.speedtest.net/ Internet Connection Speed Recommendations Below are the Internet download speed recommendations per stream for playing movies and TV shows through Netflix.
  • 0.5 Megabits per second - Required broadband connection speed
  • 1.5 Megabits per second - Recommended broadband connection speed
  • 3.0 Megabits per second - Recommended for SD quality
  • 5.0 Megabits per second - Recommended for HD quality
  • 25 Megabits per second - Recommended for Ultra HD quality
HD Video Quality
Movies and TV shows we have available in high definition will play in 720p or better with a fast enough internet connection. To watch Netflix in HD, ensure you have a HD plan, then set your video quality setting to High in the Playback Settings for your account.
Netflix Bandwidth Usage
Higher quality video uses more bandwidth than lower-quality video. If your service provider applies a bandwidth or data cap to your Internet service, you canManage Bandwidth Usage by changing the video quality settings to Low or Medium to consume less data.

Netflix wont connect on my apple tv and i'm connected to the enternet

  1. Test the Internet connection on the Apple TV

    1. From the main Apple TV menu, navigate to Trailers.
      • If you don't see Trailers: Select Movies, then In Theaters.
    2. Select any title and click Play. If trailer plays, the device is connected to the Internet.
    3. If you are unable to connect to the Internet, you may be having network connection issues.

  2. Restart the device

Restart your device by unplugging it from power for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on with the power button. Restarting the device is often enough to restore your ability to connect to our service.

  3. Disconnect Apple TV from your Netflix Account

    1. Navigate to the main Netflix menu inside the application and click Logout.
    2. Select Yes.
    3. You will be returned to the Apple TV's main menu, at which point the device has been successfully disconnected from your Netflix account. You may select Netflix to sign back in with your account information or connect as a different user.

  4. Troubleshoot your Internet Connection
