Where are batteries located on baby Einstein exersuacer?

Hi there, it was a bit hard to trace which jumpers were made in 2015, but I''m hoping I found the right one. Here's the link for the instruction manual:

We had a similar problem and used zip straps to join the ends.

Our piano on the green baby einstein II motion jumper stopped working on one side and don't always play the sound. I was wondering how much it would be to replace the piano. if you could let me know that would be great. My email address is [email protected].

I have a different Baby Einstein gym but it's basically the same thing. as long as The mat and toys are soft (Mat is like a blanket and toys are like stuffed animals) they can be washed in a washing machine with Baby soap (Ivory snow or Purex baby) I put my mat in the dryer but let the toys hang dry for 24hrs.

I had the same problem...call baby einstein customer service 1-800-328-0885 ext: 5 , they'll connect you to kids II- the company that manufactures the product for them and they should send you a replacement!!
