Uninstal a driver and reinstall the new driver or reinstall samsung universal printer driver 2 or 3,or try change in the existing driver the protocol language.
Failing being able to track down software, which may be on Samsung's website, what about importing the scanned images into Word, then exporting to PDF format?
My Samsung M/F does not have the feature, that I've seen.
I either use the Word load image>export PDF method, or SCRIBUS, which is more of a 'Publisher' app, allowing text and image frames to be resized and moved around.
Except SCRIBUS does only a single page for flyers/menus etc.
Connect a laptop to the printer, Load your document in the tray on top and use the scan option on the printer itself. Choose local computer, your desired resolution and the format - PDF. A window will open on your conneected laptop screen - press scan to begin the scanning of the entire stack of papers into a single pdf.
In windows, Scx 4216f comes with Samrthru3 which does not come with pdf scan option , however you can use the newer verasion of smarthru4 which is available with scx4100/scx4521f . All you need to do is choose Scx4216f as the device in smarthru window. and you will be able to scan in PDF format.
