Lithium batteries are the best for products that use a high amount of electricity. Examples are flash cameras and high intensity lights. They are also good for cold weather applications because they remain chemically active at low temps.

My battery comes dead really quick is there a way to boost it?

check the mhr on the batteries you use
they should be re-chargeable batteries as alkaline batteries do not have what it takes and run down very quickly
the re-chargeable battery should be around the 2000 mhr rating

Easyshare cx7430 wont power up changed batt,s still wont work

Hi! It sounds like a software issue. Although easyshares didn't have to load patches, it is possible this one may require it. As far as the batteries are concerned, this camera eats a lot of batteries. You should use re-chargeable lithium batteries. It doesn't really matter what brand you get, but be sure to get lithium rather than alkaline batteries. Lithium batteries are better suited for the burst discharge needs of a digital cam. Please make sure that your software is v.4.0. Please do rate this solution as FixYa and revert for further assistance. Thanks Rylee

Kodak Z812 shuts off automatically

It is a high-powered camera, also knows as a GREAT camera. Use CRV-3 lithium duracell batteries. I have the same camera and the same "problem", but when I use that battery it lasts forever.

Wireless logitech mouse does not work

Going from memory, I think you have to remove the small rubber pads on the underside. On some types, you would also have to remove the model label on the underside. This should expose the screws to take it apart.

The cordless mouse uses Lithium chargeable batteries. Don't put standard type non chargeable batteries inside.

You may find the cost of the proper batteries to come close to the replacement value of the mouse.
