My Netflix is not loading my films/programs onto my iPad2, but it is perfectly fine on my iPad mini, what's happening? Can you help?

First, check if there's no updates to do, for ios and Netflix.
Netflix should work.

If you want to delete the total contents of the iPad, simply run a factory reset.

Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings.

I have a Zagg keyboard for my iPad mini. I found the same thing happened but then realized it only works in most apps, not all. For example it doesnt work when typing in a password in settings. Try you keyboard in an app like notes. Also make sure you haveheld down the power for long enough that the light is red for 5 seconds.

To download a film/video onto your iPad, you need to open it up in iTunes on the computer the iPad is synced with. Connect your iPad, and either choose to sync all movies/films, or try dragging the film into the iPad's logo.
