It's not about installing the drivers. The trick is to install them correctly. The driver file provided only contains a bunch of files and no instructions on how to install the driver. Isonic also does not provide any advice or instructions on their site. After weeks of trying, I have decided the best thing is to trash the card and to stay away from Isonic products forever.
