In the Facebook login page, Select the forgot password link. Enter either your username or email id that you use to login or your phone number. If you have registered your phone, you would get your password as an text message. If you enter your email id you'll be taken to the next page asking for confirmation. In this page, your primary ID and an alternate ID would have been mentioned. If you have access to any of these, Submit the request. If not, select 'Don't have access to any of these?' below and enter a new email address. This should work
To recover your Yahoo account specify your Yahoo ID after selecting 'I can't access my account' from below the login page and they will send out a mail to the alternate mail id that you would have provided earlier. In case you forgot the Yahoo ID itself, you would have to mention the alternate email id you registered earlier and answer some security questions. You need to enter your right ID and password to access your account. But if your ID and Password are correct try again. And if still cannot open it.Please follow this steps to recover your password and ID.
First of all, you go to yahoo mail.
Click i can't access my account.
Select forgot my password.
Click Next.
Enter your I.D and code shown below.
Verify your I.D.
Reset your password.
A message will be sent to you via e-mail. So there is when you will get your password back.

When you want to sign in your yahoo account.You first enter your I.D and Password to gain access to yahoo mail. Which means from yahoo mail.Enter your I.D,when you have Yahoo I.D and Password.
Then click Sign in.

well try to access your yahoo mail from different computer.If you are able to access it that means some virus has malfunctioned in your PC which is not allowing you to access the mail and if you are not able to access your yahoo inbox from different Computer then it surely the problem of Yahoo and in that case you need to contact Yahoo.
Also try to access your yahoo inbox from different browser.

i think ,these two id's log in to the same inbox check this suggestion by the following instructions
1)create a fake profile
2)send e mails to both id's
3)check inbox of first id

first check very carefully your ID user and password if it is putted correctly.

or someone may used your account and chage your password or setting of your account.

please try to make another accounttry if it has a same encountering problem.
