Programming

Here are links to the service manual and owner manual. A quick search for "password" doesn't show up tho.. Read the manuals nd you should find out what is hanging you up. Good luck!

I bought a car with a kenwood kvt 715dvd the battery went dead an now its asking for a password but i dont kno it how would i reset my kenwood kvt 715dvd/cd player

Did you look online or do you have a owners manuel? There is usually a factory set password such as 1-2-3-4 etc, unless you purchased it second hand and the previous owner custom set - then you have to contact the previous owner or Kenwood. Most people dont change the factory passwords. TRY KCAR (5227 ON A KEYPAD) uf that doesnt work read the forum post on: ecoustic.com. Good Luck

Hi, I would like to install my kenwood kdc-w7534u into my mini one, how can I do it, can you help please?

To install your kenwood, you will need to first remove your stock radio. To do this, I believe there is a screw you can get at from the glove box. As well, there should be trim around the radio itself. Pry into that, and pull as hard as you can. It should pull off the trim-- from there, you should be able to remove the original radio.
While putting in your new head unit, make sure you have the right wiring harness. With this, you can plug existing wires into the new receiver. From there, all you need to do is make sure all of the previously installed wires are installed in the new unit correctly, then secure the unit and replace the trim.
Voila, you're done!

Arlam was set and did not go off

I have a Bose Wave radio with dual alarms, and for mine, there's a button that has a music note and a bullhorn looking thing on it that says alarm mode, and you push that to set the alarm. If yours is anything like that, make sure that the display has it set.

Dont know the password

Well if I were you I would contact the person I bought the car from. Try default password such as 0000 or 0123 or 1234

Their is no way to know for sure the password unless you set it. Talk to where ever you got it from and im sure they will give you the password.

I hope this helped
