When i unlock my itouch the screen works fine then when i try to click something on the itouch it dousnt work what should i do>?

Hard reset SHOULD work:

Settings (and tools on some phones)--->Phone Settings--->Security Setting--->Master Reset (it may be called something else, but it will be clear).

itouchs and older generation iphones tend not to have enough processing power to run some of the newer games today. You click to open, the loading screen shows, and then it exits without prompting. This happens to my iphone 2g all the time. Try resetting the ipod touch and then entering the app. The reset should clear the itouch's cache and give you enough memory to run the app.

this is a touch screen problem and it is known as lower dead strip. These screens a capacitive screens and does not require calibration. Please search "iphone touch-screen" within the fixya and there is a solution for that.

• Do not disconnect

I had exactly the same problem, you have to sync them on itunes. Plug in your itouch, open itunes and make sure it is the version with an applications section in the libary. Then click on your itouch in Devices go to the end applications tab and you have to sync them. This worked for me.

Remove all the data from Itouch, takes about an hour. then reload using itunes. now all work fine together!

try holding the hold button and home button for 50 seconds

• Connect your IPOD Touch to iTunes
• Press or Hold the power and home keys 10 seconds. 
  
• Screen goes black, now release the power button
• Make sure you do not release the Home key until your iTunes says "We have detected an itouch in recovery mode."
• After this its simple all you got to do is a simple restore using your iTunes
