Hi Jerry Walls,
You may want to try updating BIOS and Video drivers using the below link:
http://dell.to/1bgp5go
Input service tag, click drivers & downloads, select the right operating system, download BIOS under BIOS tab and Video driver (depending upon the type of video card the computer has) under Video tab.
Check if this helps. If not then try using a known good external screen and let me know the results.
Thanks and Regards.
Kiran Kumar.

Check the Device Manager for any ! or ? (missing driver) and ensure the contacts of the adapter are clean.

The backlight in your LCD has gone out. You will need to replace the entire LCD. You can look on ebay or here, you will be paying around $300 for it.
Good Luck!

SOURCE: i can't find the wireless
Go to the start menu and click where it says run or type in right above the start button in the white field and type ncpa.cpl then push enter. Where it says wireless network, right click on it then click enable. If needed, right click again and view wireless networks or Connect/Disconnect then connect to the wireless network. Also there could be a tiny switch on the right side of the computer where you turn on the computer, there might be a button to click to turn it blue. Hope this helps
