My nokia 3110 handset is fails to play songs and ringtones.

It is a 1 year old handset. Till yesterday it was working fine. But now today while was playing an mp3 song, I heard a drrrr sound from the speaker, then the song stopped. After that only the vibrating mod is working. Please help me.

    Dear lalwanis,

    Are you using a 1GB memory card? If do please check removing the memory card and check. If it solves the problem, then the problem will be with the memory. Replace the 1GB memory card with a 512 GB memory card. This will solve your issue.

Nokia Anti-virus for the model 3110
The nokia 3110 is not a symbian phone its more likely just corrupted the symbians gets viruses all the time, here's what you do.
  1. Backup you data on computer then format you mem card with phone
  2. type *#7780# it will ask for you security code then reset
  3. If the code above not working go to settings Fabric Default
This should repair your problem

N79 freezes while accessing few application.
That might any a problem with memory partition, try to remove external memory and formatted your memory with the handset..

You can Reset your handset by dialling the no *#7870#.., please take the back up of your handset before doing that because it will delete all your data.. than try again. If it doesnot work than you have to get your handset flashed from your handset dealer. Nokia support number: 1-888-NOKIA-2U

  2. Select My Contents
