I have a Xerox Phaser 6120 and the colors and the black are not registered to each other. Is there a way I can do this from the printer without calling someone in to do it?

We had purchase our Xerox Phaser 6120 printer in 2007.
Last one month is past we can’t printing our staff. We made complain
regarding the same to Sunshine Service they told us that the sensor is gone, and they say its every difficult
to get it, but they are trying to get it. Also we have spent on baying new toners
for the same which is become useless now.
