I ALREADY HAVE MESSENGER ON NEW PC BUT CANT GET HOW IT WAS HOW DO I DO THAT?

Unfortunately if you don't know those pieces of information you will need to make a new account and start again.

Just go to the control panel and in that go to add or remove programs in that remove or uninstall the older version and then download new version of the hot mail messenger .

It's hard to tell what's going on, but I would suggest trying the Account Recovery Wizard first. When you try to sign in to Yahoo Messenger, what is the exact error word for word that it tells you?

What error message are you getting that is not letting you DL MSN Messenger? Try this link below! It should work. Under Windows Live Messenger , right click on download, and open in a new window, and proceed with the install steps....

try to uninstall your new yahoo messenger and re-install the old one. if the new yahoo messenger was a beta version, dont install it again. there may be problems regarding that newer YM on your pc

1 way to find out is for you to use the old one, if it works, then the new one isnt for you..

you can easily just download and install any version of yahoo messenger you want on top of the one that you already have and it will over write it without any trouble.
