Question about Mercedes S-class S500
Where are the screws connecting the panel to the dash?
u will find a lot of wiring diagrams and circuit diagrams help books and stuff like this .. im a frequent buyer there since Im a mechanic so take help from there

Hello, The blower motor is located below the windshield wiper assembly. You have to remove the plastic cover that below the windshield then remove the wiper assembly, then you will see the blower housing. Remove the screws from the housing then remove housing cover. Look close because some of the screws are hard to see. Once you get the cover off, you will see the motor and there is a metal strap that holds it down. Take a punch or whatever and stick it in hole in the strap and push down. Then the motor will come out.

Use a wide flat spatula in the lower left under the actual cluster. There are two clips in the back of the actual cluster.

The blower motor is on the passanger side lift the bonet and there is a long black plastic cover the same lenth as the wind screen, remove that and you will see it, a new motor is like £1000 from Merc but you can buy a copy motor off ebay for less than £50 thats what I done. It is the com that wears out on the motor not the bushes, strange I know
