How can I get my Canon MX882 Printer to print .pdf files again? I have a Windows 7 Home Professional system.

please restart your computer and attempt to print again. If this does not work, please email excel file to a computer with a more up-to-date operating system (ie Windows 10) and then try to print again.

if you can print from pdf, excel or other formats but not from word, then unistall microsoft office and reinstall it again

Cancel printing, turn off the machine.Then clear the jammed paper or protective material that is preventing the Print Head Holder from moving, and turn on the machine again.

In this case Try to Do a Wia scan i will tell u how..........
Windows Vista: Go to Start/All Programmes/Windows Photo Gallery...........
There you will see an option saying File click on that and now on the drop down click on Import from Scanner or Camera.........Select ur scanner from that list and click on Import.............
If it doesnt scan and does the same thing it insists that there should be a Problem with the scanner.........
If that works..........
Software Problem.............
Uninstall and Reinstall the software................

I know you have, but I have to ask, have you set the printer as windows default? Do you have MS word installed, and can you create a PDF file from your DOC? In reader 9 have you checked the printer setup and checked the properties there for your printer. Then if it fails again I would uninstall reader 9 and reboot and reinstall, after my printer was installed and working as planed.

Anybody find an answer to this problem? Windows 7 same problem Excel 2003??
