My 3110c phone's music player isn't working .

Open the music player. Press the left selection button and select Music library. Scroll down to select Update library. This will update the MP3 files to the library. If there is any MP3 file deleted or missing, it will be removed from the list from the music player.

Just select one of the MP3 file in your memory card and open it. It should work with media player. If it works with media player then the problem will be with the music player.

If this happens, go to Settings and select Restore factory settings and it will ask a password. Type 12345, and it will restore the settings to default. Then open the music player and update the library and it should work.
