It looks like the Cars and Trucks category may not be the right one. Please always include FULL 'make model (what it is)' in all questions. And after typing that I see you added it underneath. You can also edit your own main post. I have done that for you and moved it to a better category.
On a cross-fit trainer, it will be a loose joint or worn bushing. It has two belts a primary and a secondary. It is possible that one has parted near the join and is bumping as it goes of the pulley.

I have found other websites which indicate they have the manual available, but I do not feel they are safe. I feel you may make your computer or tablet vulnerable to malware.
1. Go to the desktop
2. Right Click
3. On that list, you should click personalize
4. In the lower right hand corner, click Screen saver (It's in blue letters)
5. In the bottom left hand corner of the window that just popped up, click "Change power settings"
6. In the left side of the new window, (It's in the light gray area) click on "Change when the computer sleeps"
7. Then from here you can set when you want to turn off the display and or put the computer to sleep after how long you have been inactive.
8. Remember to click the "Save changes" button to save what you've done.
I have found many manuals just by checking online, i.e. "maxxus trainer manual", and see what pops up. You'd be surprised. If that doesn't work, contact the dealer.
