How do I diagnose my aprillia city enjoy that the motor doesn't work anymore

The motor quit kicking in when the battery says it has a full charge

You can download the workshop manual from a few websites, including this one APRILIA Enjoy City Workshop Manual
I would start by checking and cleaning the battery contacts where they connect the battery to the frame wiring harness near the seat post. The controller requires both 24V and 12V to activate the motor. If the battery gauge is indicating a full battery then it may be that the controller is not getting the 12V feed.
I had to replace the controller in my Aprilia because it had a fault. There is a lot of information on the Aprilia Enjoy models here. Endless sphere com

You probably burned out a fuse or fusible link in the ignition system. Check all the fuses in the fuse box. Check the positive wires that come from the positive post on the battery. Some may be a fusible link and have gone bad.

If it came with a battery, you need to put a battery in it. The battery provides the power for the spark, the stator provides power to charge the battery. You can rewire modern scooters to suit yourself.

I would think it is quite likely to be an exhausted battery. They leak as they get nearer full charge and in time will fail completely.

I have a 1997 cadillac deville that quit starting. It just makes a click sound & I can hear the fuel pump working. All the dash lights come on, but I did run the battery down & then re-charged it....
it more than likely is the starter. Often the solenoid wears out on the starter, and doesn't kick the starter motor on anymore.
