Hello. I have a LG J10HD home cinema player at home. I have read all the instructions but I have not found a solution to my problem. As I try to eject my CD from the unit eject lock appears in the window Instead of eject. I simply can not eject my CD and can not see how to solve the problem.

I had the same issue twice (2 diffrent devices) on LG Blue-ray HX-906 - stuck on "please wait" after switching it on. It turned out to be defective mainboard - main BGA chip (the one with black radiator) has some problem with connection to mainboard. Here is how to repair it:
- dismount the mainboard
- take off the radiator from the main chip
- put alluminium foil around the chip to avoid unnecessary heating up of other parts of PCB
- heat up the chip using air hotgun to about 200 celsius for about 5 minutes.

If it tries to read them and then ejects, there could be dirt on the lens of the player so it can't read them. If cleaning makes no difference then there's a fault somewhere.
