The only way you can create a new address is to create a new account. the address you have now cannot be changed. hope this help you.

I am assuming you want a new email address? Go to whichever email you want to use (gmail.google.com, mail.yahoo.com, login.live.com (for hotmail or Outlook.com mail). Once there, look for "sign up now" or "create a new account", and set up a new email address.

You can't change your email name from Hotmail. However, you can just create a new email and link it to your current Facebook account.

Once an xbox live account has been created, you cant reset it, without knowing the Log in and password.

It looks like he is still stuck on creating the account though.

Best thing to do is create a new hotmail/windows live account on separate computer, like your home PC.

Once you have created the new account, try rebooting and setup your xbox live account again, but this time enter the new user name and password of your new hotmail account.

This should work and you can continue through the rest of the process.

If it doesnt work and you have already activated the account with the old email address, you will need to speak to Microsoft customer services, to reset your account.
