You need to call your network provider and they should tell you what the PUK code is or reset your phone. it is free. its happened to me before and cause im with 02 you can just go on the website and get your puk. best thing to do is call your network though.

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

Firstly, refer to your Mobile SIM card Voucher Pack. It will have the PUK code for the SIM card.
If you don't have it, your call your mobile operator Customer Care from another phone. They will tell you your PUK code.
