It has an output board fault. Re solder any dry joints around any heavy transformer or heat sink on the mother board and see if that fixes it.

Know to solders?Resolder ur video board socket holes that connected to( CRT tv Tube).Resolders the Yoke cable red, green,yellow connected to the main board also.Should get colors back,if the colors IC on the video in not dead,and capacitors help the IC on the video board.

apply fresh solder on main circuit board and CRT board.

Hi, this is main board failure and you will need to replace this vital board. you power board is fine but, it is unable to send a proper current through the main mother board due to the damage at hand.

the problem of your tv is plyback.and for me, its not too expensive than to buy a new one

I suspect cold solder joints on mother board and power supply or power supply starting to go . bad driver transistors.
