I have tried and tried to get my wi-fi to hook up to our internet but it won't...before we moved i didn't have any problem...I even went as far as resetting the tablet totally...please help me
Make sure your discoverable in the settings
*Before you moved* might be the key. When you moved, did you move your old wi-fi router, too? If you have a new router or a new internet provider you might have to re-configure your wireless router (access point) so it is able to connect to the Internet. A tablet may connect to the access point (router) but if the access point itself can't connect to the Internet then the tablet won't either. Check your router's documentation and make sure it's set-up correctly for your new location. In the meantime you can test your tablet's wi-fi by taking it McDonalds or some other place that has free wi-fi and seeing if it is able to connect when you turn on the wi-fi option. If it can't connect to an open wireless access point like McDonalds then there might be something wrong with your tablet. Keep in mind, however, that places like McDonalds make you log on using an Internet browser which takes you to a McDonalds page where you can *accept* the terms. If you don't do this step then the tablet will say you're connected but you will only be connected to the McDonalds router but the router won't connect you to the Internet. This is what I suspect is happening with your home router.*
Good luck

Check your firewall isn't blocking you. Try disabling your firewall, then try connecting wirelessly then enable your firewall again.
First....no one can tell if your bill hasnt or has been paid...so please dont be abrupt with me ! ! Do you have wifi turned on in your settings of the tablet?...did you click 'connect'...did you search for SID number/name....did you type in the key #?...Im not trying top be smart with you..but 3 out of 10 no connections are because people dont even have wifi or wireless routers. !!!!! Make sure the transmit feature is turned on in the router settings.and...make sure the tablet isnt in 'airplane' mode.
