Bios locked. How do I reset or unlock? - Dell Latitude E4310 Laptop

for bios password pls run hiran boot cd (you can use another pc or laptop )and run mini tools , also pls go to desktop and find mini tools icon. select programmes menu. and select password sub menu. select bios reset tool
type given code from bios locked.
restart and apply unlock code

To unlock your BIOS you have to remove your BIOS battery for few minutes which is onboard, then replace the BIOS battery again on the motherboard will not only reset the BIOS password to default but will put all the BIOS settings to default. For which you will have to reconfigure your BIOS settings, but remember any wrong setting in the BIOS may damage your laptop.

If there is a password protected BIOS that you need to unlock or reset as the case may be, disconnecting the BIOS battery will reset it.
This will require you to open the case and pop the battery out and back in. If you can provide specific models, I'm sure we can locate a guide or post steps to accomplish this.

Reboot to access Bios, Select F7 to reset all to default. There is a separate option in Bios to unlock scroll lock.

Use Unlock Dell Bios Reset Service and they will reset your bios for $20 and they guarantee it to work. I use them a lot as I repair laptops and the bios password is unknown often.

I don't think that it's possible to unlock it without resetting the bios.

This requires you to open your laptop, thus voiding the warranty. Better send it to Toshiba and ask them to reset the bios.

Try using Fn + F7. It turns the touchpad on and off.

Another solution is maybe CMOS or BIOS has locked the keyboard and touchpad and that maybe resetting the CMOS/BIOS by jumper or removing the battery will unlock them.

I would disassemble the computer, or find a manual where it will tell you how to remove the cmos battery to reset the bios,
Once it is reset, then windows would boot up
