Everything has side effects if you will drink or eat more, you should do on time as well as in limit. Sugar and Diabetes are very dangerous, so be careful and use ayurvedic diabetes medicine.

I'm looking for the best energy drinks that can help to reduce my weight.

1. You need to get started with weight loss by making several changes in the way your lifestyle is at present 2. Be quick to note, accept and make adjustments where necessary or where desirable; exercising ALONE or merely consuming energy drinks does not help you lose weight. You need to watch what you eat (food type, nutrition refers), when you eat (when your body system will be active to digest it), what helpings you eat (size or quantity refers) and how your daily routine goes. It doesn't matter how many cans of energy drinks you take; if you don't take into account 1. Your daily routine/activity level, and 2. Your food intake The weight will remain. You must be able to burn more calories than you eat or store in your body system to see, record and experience weight loss...instead of exercising and depending on energy drink to do the magic.
Cheers.

What is the difference between an energy drink and a sports drink?

There are several differences between the two:

Energy drinks contain a higher amount of carbohydrates, resulting in more calories. They also contain high levels of caffeine. They are designed to give consumers a quick boost of energy.

Sports drinks, on the other hand, are intended to re-hydrate the consumer after athletic activity.

How much caffeine is in an energy drink?

The amount of caffeine varies greatly from brand to brand. For instance, a 250ml energy drink can have anywhere from 50-160mg of caffeine. The amount should be clearly posted on the side of the can and I would highly recommend checking how much caffeine is inside before consumption.
