How do i fix a 2003 ford van e350 rear air vent is not bloowing
Try this article. I have the same problem and I think it is the vacuum motor that controls the door for changing from hot/cold in the rear heater box (located inside behind the L rear wheel)

A cheap fix to your problem. insert a screw in the flap panel located in the rear left side panel of your van. its rite next to the blower motor. unloose a few screws push the flap up them insert the screw... works great but when winter rolls around u have to remove the screw to gain back your heat

Change your rear blower on in the panels at the rear left side of the van.
