Purchased 15/01/2012 46inch Samsung $2000. Tiis morning the tv stand just and nearly hit my 5 year hold who was watching it and crashed on to ground. I have photos of the tv stand and it's just snapped in half. Samsung is now telling me it's a CID (customer induced damage) and is not under warranty, what can I do ?

Fighting it out with the manufacturer can be a major problem in cases such as yours. Take many pictures to document the damage and show the failure. Get a local consumer advocate to assist you - many communities have one in their local newspaper or television stations. Last resort, if you are willing to go the distance and are sure you can prove your point, is to lawyer up and go after them for repair/placement cost.
