#BTS1102-- Tian Shan Metal Furniture Company, sold by Big Lots -- the company web site is not helpful -- I noted that a link was once posted with instructions.
One of the reasons Big Lots & other chain discount stores can sell stuff so cheap is that they buy "close outs" discontinued items.
I searched for an hour w/o luck. I did find many recalls on Big Lots furniture being unsafe by collapse.
Unless you think you are missing a part, maybe you can look at assembly instructions from another maker whose metal bunk looks like yours. Or, Live life on the edge, just wing it and see what you create. Good Luck
