Tmobile nor motorolla will not give me the subsidy codes

Dear, its hard to get an unlock code for krazr1 for free, as Iwasted 4 days for searching for it, and finally purchased an unlockcode online for lowest price possible from here

I was told I can call my provider and get an unlock code, only if I amwith my carrier for more then 90 days. But It would take 1 - 3 weeks.I was in hurry and bought it online using paypal. As I prefer payingwith paypal for secure payments and buyer protection.
Got my code and unlocking took less than a minute.
