You could still have a virus, or more plausibly, you could have a lock on your FB account from an administrator for any number of reasons. If so, you would likely get an email saying it was banned or locked.
Try looking up your FB account status to make sure it isn't banned or locked. Beyond that, try asking FB customer service about it.
You could additionally try running a scan despite it's normal schedule.
Choose stronger passwords..not less than 8 characters --include non-alpha numeric characters. When he hacks into your account does he change the password? Or can you still use the account?
Alternative is to open a new FB account on another computer (he may have compromised your machine) that he has never touched. Use a variation fo your name that wouldn't be easy to guess. Change your privacy settings in FB so you cannot be searched for by non-friends.
Make sure that you do not friend anyone who is his friend on FB.
