My hp laptop keeps ejecting disc itself when i insert any disc. Wat do i do pls

> keep ejecting

The disk-drive is having a mechanical problem, i.e., it is not fully-loading the disk,
or it is not detecting that the disk is fully-loaded. Therefore, it assumes that the open/close
mechanism is "jammed", and so it ejects, to indicate that the disk-loading was not completed.

Replace the disk-drive.

Forgot parental pass code.

With some decks you can get in using either an all 0 code or an all 9 code entered as the parental passcode.. have you disconnected it from the power supply and let it sit for a bit to see if you can clear the memory?

Put a childs dvd in asking for parental code?

There is a factory preset parental code you need to enter (unless that default code was changed). That factory code is in your user manual. In order the enter the codem, you will need the remote (number pad). The remote can be ordered through Soundstorm for $35.00 and you can download the manual from their knowledge base, just search "SDVD-100". Once you have both, just use the number pad on the remote to enter the factory parental code and the system will unlock.
