No one can hear my voice when I make a call.

Incoming calls & outgoing calls are made, I cannot hear other people talking and they cannot hear me.

I would closely check out my "speaker" button. It may have been pressed just enough and gotten stuck, but you didn't notice it.

You have to enable your outgoing sound. hold your menu button and into setting go into sound and then turn on your voice

You are close ,go to the menu and press tool and then press the bluetooth then go to setting and press it.Make sure voice routing incoming is hands-free and voice routing outgoing hand-free

Can't receive incoming calls, make outgoing ones either.
Always start with taking the battery out. If it continues then you probably have a bad mic & need to have it replaced.

Incoming or outgoing calls no sounds
Turn up the volumes on Ear piece -during- a call (on the side of the phone <===>) and on the speaker at any time. The joy stick does it I think.
