I don't know what the problem is, but I'm suspicious that maybe a real virus that popped up on your screen on some Internet web site offering to fix (non-existent) viruses, you clicked it, and now it controls your computer.

I had this problem 4 weeks ago, and I emailed [email protected] (or [email protected], can't remember) and they got back to me 2 weeks after with a really nice reply, and sorted it out for me. Put my account back to normal, and gave me a new password.
They were absolutely lovely, and when I emailed them back to say thanks they even sent me another email saying 'no problem'.
Just email them and be patient :)

Hi,

If you have internet explorer 6, download and internet internet explorer 7.
Click on internet options and click on delete cookies,files,add-ons etc..
Click on advanced tab then click on reset and close internet explorer, then open and try.
If you have Internet explorer 7, follow step 2 and 3.
If still doesnt, try installing Google chrome browser.

I keep getting a message saying I need to have administrator rights to install it on my new laptop with Windows 7. I have gone into the control panel created a new acct. With my name restarted my computer...

Dear Friend,
There is one default account in system by name Administrator. Log from that account. (Administrator account is having all rights to perform any process in the computer.)
Or you can do delete all your user account so only administrator account will remain. Then Log off.. and while login you will able to see that account.
Please rate the answer.

I keep getting a message saying I need to have administrator rights to install 1310 printer scanner software. How do I solve this?

Make sure you are logged in as administrator. The reason why you are getting that message is your account does not have administrator rights. You are logged in as a standard user.

Click on Start-->control panel-->User Accounts-->Create a new User Account-->choose the Account type as Administrator-->Restart the computer-->Now try installing.

How to slow this problam

i had the same problem, on both of my computers all of a sudden, i went to hotmail and logged in and it was fine, but outlook express wouldnt work. go to help central at the bottom of the page and then type in outlook express. you can actually load hotmail into a pop3 and smtp account rather than an imap. follow this link if you can

follow the instructions. easy. you wont get your hotmail folders, and make sure that you check the box that says keep copy of messages on server.
