How do I cancel order

The Panasonic TC-L32C3 is not a smart TV. There is no network connection available (wired or wireless). It does have a slot for an SD card to make it a 32" photo viewer. You can also update the firmware by placing the unzipped file (see the site listed below) on the SD card. You can find the specifications and user guide on the product site: http://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/TC-L32C3.html . When mine did that the software had to be reloaded. This happened because I shut it off when it was updating.

Take it to the nearest TV repairing store or agency, good luck fella!

In my "Panasonic Junior Smart" microwave it's 3 times START to lock and 3 times CANCEL to unlock. Try if that works for your model.

If it is hot were you live this could be the problem. these units don't like temp. about 32 Celsius.
