Question about Photography

Tripod parts I have two tripods that are both missing the piece that attaches to the camera and then to the tripod. One is a Vivitar VPT 3600, and the other just says MX 2000 ( I think it might be Panasonic?). Do you know where I can get the missing parts?Mike

I guess you can have a nice, personalized one made to order here: but the price is going to be excessive even though S&H is gratis. As Guest says, you'd be better off buying a new tripod :-)

The plate you want is QR-2 quick release plate but feel the $16.99 price plus shipping is excessive. In my opinion, you are better off buying a new tripod.

Not sure if this one works with your model exactly(doesn't have the "se" in the model number) but worth a try.
