Question about Samsung ML-2510 Laser Printer

I have a Samsung ML-2010 mono laser not printing

I have a Samsung ML-2010 mono laser printer, it makes the usual start up noise, my computer recognises that it is connected to the printer but it does'nt print, I can print a demonstration page of by keeping my finger on the cancel button of the printer, the cable is ok

Yes, you can make a self print test from the printer even if the printer is not connected to the computer. This means that the unit is in good working condition. Possibly your printer doesn't communicate with your computer. try this, hit start key>control panel>fax and printers>select your printer>right click to properties>click ports tab>check if the port is matched to the port you are using.also, make sure it is your default printer.

Samsung ML-2010 Mono Laser Printer leaves unwanted marks on page.
if older printer or well used printer (All laser printers if they have print quality issues - it is mostly either the toner or the fuser). the only way to tell is get (borrow) a toner and see if problem is the same or remove the fuser (the hot thing in the printer) and see if the "ironing" unit or fuser rollers are dirty or worn out or scratched

How do I install my printer with out the disc?
u cant install a printer without any drivers u need them to send the spooler and other functions to the printer so it can work fine without any problems
