I don't know about turning the alarm system off completely, but if you are trying to get it to stop chirping the horn and flashing the lights when locking/unlocking the doors, I found the following in the Ram 3500 Owner's Manual:
To lock the doors: Press and release the LOCK button on the transmitter to lock all doors. If the ignition is OFF, when the doors are locked, the parking lights will flash on once and the horn will chirp once.
The horn chirp feature will be shipped from the assembly plants activated. If desired this feature can be disabled by using the following procedure:
1. Perform this operation while standing outside the vehicle.
2. Press and hold the LOCK button on a programmed (i.e. functional) key fob.
3. Continue to hold the LOCK button, wait at least 4 seconds, but no longer than 10 seconds, then press and hold the PANIC button. Release both buttons at the same time.
4. To reactivate this feature, repeat the above steps.
Vehicles will be shipped from the assembly plants with the park lamp flash feature activated. If desired, this feature can be disabled by using the following procedure:
1. Perform this operation while standing outside the vehicle.
2. Press and hold the UNLOCK button on a programmed (i.e. functional) key fob.
3. Continue to hold the UNLOCK button, wait at least 4 seconds, but no longer than 10 seconds, then press and hold the LOCK button. Release both buttons at the same time.
4. To reactivate this feature, repeat the above steps.
Feature, Redial, press button to program, dial 1, dial the extension number, Feature to write and exit. ONLY IF the buttons are programmed as feature buttons, they may be just dead buttons, useless until they are assigned in system programming as feature buttons.
God bless your soul, tinkering with Apple's odd procedures has been the most annoying thing i ever have to deal with :)
So you can try plugging it in to acomputer/laptop with itunes
Next, hold the iPod's home button and power button at the same time until the logo below pops up
The iPod would be in restore mode. iTunes shouldn't be trying to sync or anything and it should probably allow you to restore without any more errors.
If this doesn't work....
you could try a program like "iPod Transfer" http://www.ipod-transfer.org/ipod-to-pc.html I've never used a program like this but it's supposed to be able to recover, restore and backup files on the iPod. Again i really don't know much about this program or if it even works.
I spent a good time just now trying to figure out a reasonable way, and there aren't many ways, so if this doesn't work, just let me know and maybe you can call apple or i can look for something else to help.
You have neither a 7730 (the category you asked in) or a 7433 phone sytem. If your phone is really a 7433, you have a TD phone system. Which "speed dial numbers" are you trying to program? System speed dials, are stored in system program 001 and consist of a 3 digit number (may be 2) with a "9" in front and the number as you would dial it from the keypad. Personal speed dial numbers depend on the button you're programming it onto. If it's a button with a light, you dial "2" in front of it. If not, you don't. So, Program 99, button, and either 29 + number STORE or 9+number STORE programs a personal speed dial.
There are other programs to store under the tone pad keys. Those features are covered in your User's manual for the TD system.
On the button with the windows picture on it (start button) next to that (not the ALT key the one to the left) their is a button named FN. And on the top where the F4 F5 F6 buttons are , find the 7! once you find it there should be a picture on a hand in a square! Press and hold the FN button while you press the F7 key!
If your keyboard doesnt have the pictures on them still try pressing the two keys!
If it doesn't work then go into thestart menuandclick Control Panel! And click Programs. Then Program and Features and find the APLS touchpad driver. and right click! Click Uninstall/Change! Then continue and click continue! And it should give you an option to reinstall! (No replacing anything or taking anything out!) I have never done this so try this option at your own risk!!
If the uninstallation through Programs and Features doesn't work for you, follow the instructions here. Afterwards, download and run Norton Removal Tool...

you have to go in to the proramming mode of the remote to change this feature. you can access this by holding all 4 buttons on the remote at the same time. (or if you have the P button on the back you can hold it down by itself) you will hear 2 long beeps confirming the programming mode. at this time, you can change the settings by pressing 1 of the 4 buttons., each button will change a different function.
in no order------
1. Beep/vibrate or both
2. page or not to page
3.back light
4. hood, truck, or both
the remote will give 2 long beeps when it exits the programming
