Not really it can make the front end bounce up and down after going over a bumpy bit of road but a worn wheel bearing can make it vibrate or a badly seated tyre.
I concur with adam, particularly if the front tire was replaced by he technician know as a "friend of mine" or "my buddy". However, the roller type bearings used in the first few years of their introduction have an unfortunate frequency of failure. This is a genuinely hazardous problem. Get if fixed by someone who gets paid to do this.
