Everytime i get on the internet this site popps up. Dont know where it come from. Nor am i interested in it. But it also comes with a security alert. How do i stop this

I have found this on several phones. You can get rid of the alert about email messages, and voicemail etc etc. But I have always found (at least so far) that you can turn all sound alerts off or leave them on, you cannot turn it on for calls in, and off for emails.
