I just bought a Sidekick 3 online. The description says the phone will work for phone and text (not internet) with AT&T but I keep getting a screen that says my phone is waiting to be activated and that it will take up to 48 hours. It's been 48 hours and the screen won't go away. I can't do anything except place emergency calls while that screen is up.. I called AT&T and they don't know how to help me. How can I get that screen to go away!?
Press "menu" (the key with the 3 lines) and "L" - this will bypass the activation screen. You will need to do this every time you turn the phone on, though.
