My Alba tv speakers have gone very vibratory that's the only way to describe or sound tin .

Check and see if you can hook up exterior speakers. If those also sound "vibratory" then your tvs sound card may be bad. Otherwise speakers may be blown or torn.

I have an ALBA MODEL LCD19ADVD tV DVD. It has stopped working just recently. I tried a DVD in it and when I took it out all I get is a screen saying 'no signal'.

sounds like the source of feed Is incorrect. try selecting the source button or tv/av button

Hi Daniel,
The most probable reason for this problem is the electrolytic capacitors in the sound section. A few of them need to be replaced. Please do not forget to check the speakers also.

The power supply section of your tv seems to be having problem. If lucky, you may find some electrolytic capacitors responsible. Good luck.

I have an alba 32inch tv and the sound keeps turning off we have to then switch tell off for a minute to get sound back but the sound is gone again in 5 min only 2 years old

sound like there is a over heat / or failure of some circuits

32 inch are quite cheap now, so it maybe something you should re-place,

or flog to a 2nd hand shop if it last long enough to sell during test

The standby light keeps comming back on on my 42" alba tv

had that once myself and it was a fan had stopped working they need the fans to cool the tv

Headphones are in but tv doesn't mute

so your headphones are usb that is the problem. if you had a pair with a 1/4 jack the sound would cut off on your tv. try that see if it fixes the problem

Our Alba tv, just over a year old, the sound keeps going off. If you turn the tv off and back on, then it returns. It seems to happen more when the tv has been on for a while.
