Dropped, now inside of env2 is blank

hi pnkrxygrl19 this is a reoccuring problem . you can take out the battery . the other thing you can do is get a replacement from the insurance company. you can see of lg can send you a replacment bu it will take them 2 weeks to get back . hope this helps

Look, enV2s **** ****. almost everyone at my school thats had one, the front buttons quit working... even mine and i only dropped it once. its just a bad phone when it comes to front buttons.

it's a good time to go get a new phone. that much damage would cost more in repair that it would to either replace or upgrade to a new phone.

Yes! get your phone to the cellphone repair center. It will be handle with a cellphone technician and get it fix.

Sorry to hear about your phone. The manufacturer has a 1yr warranty that covers things like this. If it is still under a year, you can take it to a corporate/direct store and have it replaced as long as there isn't any water/moisture damage. Sorry to say but there's not a whole lot you can do to fix it. I would definately start out by removing the battery though... leave it out a few seconds and then see if it resets your phone. A software update or some other basic troubleshoooting steps are really not going to get you much of anywhere. Hope this helps : )

its the warrenty number verizon will give you they usally will send you a new phone and you send yours to them.

pull the battery from it for a little while , if that don't do it its probably a display chip inside and it can't be replaced , they have been having problems with the screens on these phones , does the phone still work for recieving and sending calls? its not likely but not impossible the screen went

RETURN IT! GET A BRAND NEW PHONE THE ENV'S ARE A PROBLEM. BELIEVE ME I AM ON MY 3RD ENV THE ORANGE ONE. BUT MINE DID THAT TOO AND THATS WHY I SENT IT BACK AND GOT A 3RD ONE AND THIS IS MESSING UP AND JUST GOT THE PHONE YESTERDAY.
