How do I tighten a handle on an upright Kirby vacuum?

Your question isn't specific enough. The upper handle grip has a bolt through the upper cord wrap that can be tightened. The lower handle has 2 bolts, but they rarely get loose. If you're concerned with the way the handle wobbles side to side at the base, that's normal. If you want a better diagnosis, take it to your local vac shop to have it looked at.

How do I use my kirby without upright handle, where do I put the bag?

The bag is left where it is. The hose goes on the front of the vacuum after removing the nozzle. See the How to Attach the Hose instruction video on the below site.

You need to change handle holder (the one with spring at the bottom of handle), mostly spring disconnected and it can,t be fixed.

The pullet is what holds it in place, if it has come loose, just tighten it. But if that doesn't help, then replace the fan.
