Incoming calls to message bank

you will have to find the settings app and select it and then find call settings. look for diversion settings and change diversion from all calls to no answer for the message bank diversion setting .

go to message setting, text message, text meassage HELP NUMBER +1 833 272 0777center, then try changing to another center, ( i've got 3 dif centers to pic from but only the first one lets me send text messages)

maybe you didn't choose it. go back to settings call and click on record incoming calls

Looks like the basic functions of the phone are correct. Remain the answering machine. Are you sure it can act as an answering machine?
If it can act as answering machine the reason it is not doing so may be the following.

1. Answering function is turned OFF
2. Answering function may be ON but the number of rings before it answers is set too high.

I suggest you try the following
Call you phone. Let it ring at least 10 times. If it can act as an answering machine it will pick up the phone and read the welcome message, because most answering machines (the recent ones at least) answer after 10 rings even if answering function is turned OFF.

The phones that can be answering machines usually do have a display that shows the number of incoming messages, or a LED that flashes to let you know that you have new recorded messages.

Messagebank provides a personal answering service if your phone line is busy or you can't get to the phone. You don't need extra equipment like answering machines, and you also get greater flexibility on call waiting- if you don't want to interrupt your call, let messagebank take your message. Hi, I had that problem before and I found out it was because my bill was past due. Did you pay your bill yet?

If not, pay it because in a few days you won't even be able to call out. They give you a few days with the phone to make the outgoing calls then they disconnect everything all together.

Thanks for the opportunity to help with your problem. If you also have voice mail through your phone service provider, it's possible that while you are on the phone, the incoming call is "waiting" (meaning you are hearing a beep while you are still talking assuming you have call waiting). If you don't pick up the incoming call, your caller will hear your "voice mail" message and leave a message. However, your answering machine will not indicate that you have a message.
