If the model number of your printer is T430, this model does not have integrated duplex on paper handling standard, no duplex features.

I doubt it, store bought computers, especially cheaper ones, aren't conducive to a lot of upgrading from the components that came with them. Home brew machines usually are built with motherboards that will work with a variety of CPU's in a given CPU category
