You have lost half of the circuit in the breaker, the lights work on one side of it but the burners need both sides of a 220 volt circuit. I would have the breaker tested first, and if it is good, look for a fuse, relay, breaker in the back of the stove. Hope this helps.

the igniter switch is sticking from burned on grease, or other residue. if you know how to get to the switch. you can soray some wd-40 right on the switch let it set for a little while.30 min. then rotate the knob back and forth a few times and it should unstick...if not call a serviceman. your stove is under warranty.....goodday.
