How do I get the password to pair my laptop computer with my printer , the have Bluetooth

Unless otherwise specified, when this comes up while paring a device you can just type in anything numerical then when the PC or laptop is pairing up just type the same thing in as you did when you started remember the password. It does not matter if your forget you can just start over again. I use 1111 or 0000 on both the devices for pairing them. John

The passcode for connectivity will probably be listed on your computer once it finds and attempts to pair with your phone. Generally when connecting a Bluetooth device, a passcode will be displayed on the host computer in order to ensure that only authorized devices are being connected.

Look on the back of your device for the Bluetooth passcode for the device. Typically the pairing code for headsets is printed on a sticker that is then placed on the underside of the accessory.
Go into the Settings menu for your computer to find its Bluetooth passcode. Some laptops will randomly generate a new Bluetooth passcode for you each time you want to pair them with a new device. In that case the menu setting you're looking for is something like "Generate new pairing code."

Look in the instruction book for your Bluetooth accessory if you cannot find the passcode attached to the device or in its menu. Many manufacturers will print the passcode for devices in their instruction book. If you still can't find the passcode, try using all zeros

Yes. Just delete the old pairing and make a fresh bluetooth pair with your laptop. In this way a new password will be generated.

It is a passkey to allow further communication between both devices. It is normally entered just once. Already paired devices communicate with each other, provided that their bluetooth stacks are turned on. You can enter any number you want as pairing code, provided that it is the same one on both your phone and your computer. By the way, the most commonly used code for bluetooth pairing is '0000' (four zeros).

yes...if you already install the driver and software for bluetooth..all you have to do is pair it.
