It is rear projection TV that use 3 picture tubes of red-green-blue to show color picture on tv front screen. Do you see standby red light blinking when TV shuts off after showing blue image for a while? your convergence IC;s are out, they cost about $40, if you know how to solder, you can do it your self, if not , I would try to find somone that can, service centers charge about 4 or 5 hundred, after you get the new ones, there easy to find on the board in the back of the tv
