Open IE, right-click on TOOLS in the menu, and select INTERNET OPTIONS. Left-click on ADVANCED and go down to the MULTIMEDIA section where you will find a selection box labeled "Show Pictures". Select this, click "apply" at the bottom of the screen, and try to refresh you web page. Your pictures should now appear.

Why can't I access my msn homepage?

I think access to the MSN Homepage is going to have to wait until Microsoft corrects the issue. I was able to access my Outlook/Hotmail/Live account by using my Chrome app in Win 7 by simply typing in Outlook Hotmail and following the link that appears and the email applications were working perfectly. I can only guess that someone crashed MSN with the idea that this is funny.....OR it could very well be related to a military attempt/experiment to see if they are capable of taking out current safety/security which is in place.

Uninstall "Bing" search engine from "Add/Remove". Then Reset your IE8 back to default settings from the IE 'Tools' ->"Internet Options". Then in the "General" set your homepage back to Google and click OK. Resart your IE8.

If it doen't work, download this utility "HijackThis" run and delete the IE start page, and perform the above again.

Hope it helps.

I can no longer modify, add content, etc. to my.msn homepage...

Make sure that you are logged into msn. Since you cleared your cookies and temp files, it may have "forgotten" your login information. Also, check that your browser isn't set to clear history and cookies after you close it.

On yahoo page all pictures are cover with red

hi try this:
Changing the home page

The home page can be anything you want to see when you first start Internet
Explorer. Here’s how to set the home page to something special or to nothing
at all:
1. Start IE.
That’s Internet Explorer, in case you were silly and skipped reading this
chapter’s introduction.
2. Visit the Web page you want as your home page.
For example, visit Yahoo! or my own Web page, www.wambooli.com/.
Displaying that Web page now makes choosing it as your home page
much easier.
3. Choose Tools- Internet Options.
You set the home page in the Internet Options dialog box, in the top part
of the General tab, as shown in Figure 18-1.
You have three choices:
Use Current: Choose the current page as the home page. You
notice that the current page’s address appears in the box.
Use Default: This choice would be the Microsoft preference, which
is probably the MSN home page.
Use Blank: This option tells IE to start with a blank page — an item
popular with many folks.
4. Select whichever option you want.
For example, to switch to the page you were viewing, click the Use
Current button.
5. Click OK.
Now, that page is the first thing you see when you start IE.
These steps should reset your home page, but the change may not be for
good, as the following subsections demonstrate.
