I'm replacing my starter relay, 3012-5a A1G7 Cubigel SA and overload and forgot which lead to connect it to.

The starter relay has three connector lugs 2 on one side and 1 on the opposite side.

searches indicated that the relay should rattle if they're defective but this one does not; did you find that the relay was in fact faulty ?

Testimonial: "Yes I did. I bought the 1858460700 Starting Relay $15.00 1858450900 Overload $10.00 at FixIce.com I also replaced the power relay on the control board. PANASONIC EW JW1AFSN-DC12V-F POWER RELAY SPST-NO 12VDC, 10A, PC BOARD Easy to replace only four solder connections. The panasonic power relay can handle a little more current than the original relay. Good luck if you have any questions let me know..."

Dale, got the relay & Overload installed-it purrs like a kitten now but it's not cooling. Can you tell me what to try next / Thanks

Did you replace both relays? When you say it's purring like a kitten does that mean that you can tell the compressor is running? Because if the compressor is running you should be cooling. Did you set the temp to 46 degrees?

How long has it been running?

I need a wiring diagram for my 1975 iron head harley. Especially from relay to seliniod

I think I can help with the wiring diagram. Contact me directly at [email protected] The earliest drawing that I have is for a 1979 model but it can be used.

You starter relay has three connections on it. Usually two large connections and one smaller. One large connection is the hot wire from the main breaker or battery. The other large connection goes to the small connector starter solenoid. The small connector on the starter relay is from the starter button.

On the starter solenoid, the positive battery cable goes to the solenoid long connector. The cable to the starter comes off the shorter large connector. The small connector has the wire from the starter relay.

I hope this helps, if not, drop me a line directly. Good Luck

Refrigerator Model #KSRA25ILSS03. How much and how difficult is it to replace a starter relay?

a 3 in one start relay usually runs about $75 and it is not that difficult to replace if you are sure that this is the problem there is also the chance that the compressor could be damaged. you do not want to replace just the relay as there is also an overload circuit the 3 in 1 starters have everything in it and good instructions as far as which wire goes where you have 2 wires for 120 volt in and then three connection on the compressor
